All Items are currently sent with Australia Post or Fastway by Standard Post
Orders are processed and cleared daily, Monday to Friday, and 95% of our orders are sent out with in 24 hours (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Upon placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email advising that we have received your order.
When your order has been picked, packed and sent you will receive an email advising the tracking number if there is one and a completion status.
If you have placed an order and paid for it and do not receive an email with in 2 working days of payment please contact us.
Delivery Guarantees and delivery times – Whilst we make every effort to pick and pack your order quickly and carefully, we can not take on the responsibility of the selected delivery option as this is done by a totally separate identity – therefore we can not responsibility for delivery delays or any guarantees that they may offer.
We follow the guidelines provided by the ACCC and Australian Consumer Law that protects you as a consumer in Australia. Below is the terms for refunds and returns.
If you do have a change of mind with your purchase and it is unused and unopened, it does not preclude you from requesting a store credit but please understand we are not obligated to do so and it may not be accepted.

If you receive a product that is broken in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order on firstname.lastname@example.org. After this time we are unable to process claims of transit damage.
If your product becomes faulty, please contact us on email@example.com and provide us in the email your name, the original order number the product was purchased on, and a brief description of the issue with the product.
Faulty products will be processed according to Manufacturers terms and conditions in addition to Australian Consumer Law. Australian Consumer Law states retailers have the right to inspect and confirm any reported fault. The postage to return the faulty product to us is your responsibility, however if a replacement or repair is being provided, this will be returned to you at our cost.
